Heir tier patrons now get a little more

The Heir tier rewards were a little lackluster, so now Heir-tier patrons get the public builds a week early before they're released on Nexus!

Heir = One week early for public builds

Ancestor = Two weeks early for public builds

Baron = Three weeks early for public builds
