701 Zenview APT + Sim Download | BHM Collab

I had the pleasure of working on a collab with my good sis Simply Simmer Brew 🖤 she put together a full month of content for Black History Month "Black Sims-tory Month". Featuring collabs with other black simmers in the community. I am a huge advocate for seeing more BLACK culture in the sims and in gaming overall.

• So for my contribution I'm showcasing black excellence in a place the black community needs it the most, Mental Health. I created this sim Dr. Shauna James for my Soul Food Legacy Challenge. It's so important to take care of our mental health and of course historically and culturally we lack in seeking help in that area! We do not have an actual mental health system in game but their are plenty of mods to help fill the gap in this type of gameplay.

• I'm sharing Dr. Shauna James and her luxury apartment in San Myshuno which features a beautiful home office for clients to visit.

Dr. Shauna James

Raised in a close-knit Black community where love was strong but feelings were rarely spoken aloud, she grew up watching the women in her family mediate, nurture, and hold everything together. From a young age, Shauna was the listener the one people trusted with their truth. As she got older, she recognized the patterns beneath the surface: couples who loved each other but didn’t know how to communicate, generational wounds passed down as normal. Becoming a licensed marriage and family therapist wasn’t just a career choice it was her calling. Now, Shauna blends professional training with cultural understanding, creating a safe, grounded space where families learn to communicate, heal, and break cycles.
