PT1 save file builds separated into different folders
As promised, and finally had the time to start extracting each build from Pine Creek again and organizing each folder, I took the time to perform every possible batch fix in Sims 4 Studio to try and solve the infinite loading screen problems. I hope that worked because, apart from that, I don't know what else I can do. Also, the custom content should be compatible with DX11 since the batch fixes were also done for DX11 compatibility. The tray files are also included. Below this post, there will be a couple images indicating where each build is located so you don't get confused. Thank you very much for your patience. This is the first part, and there will be several parts since I can't do it all in a single post; it would be too much since the save file has around 40 Lots. With that being said, we'll see you in the coming days with the other parts, and before I forget, I'm also going to upload them to my EA gallery.

be careful to turn neigborhood stories off so they don't move out
I came across your 2000s spa builds couple weeks ago and ive been obsessing over it ever since. would you be able to put it up for download :)
Hi Mitchy! I am wondering do I put these files into the MODS folder? I have never saved lots before. thanks!
omg! Thank you for this I wasn't able to save any of your builds to my library so I could import them into my save.
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do we have to download these if we downloaded the save file?
No this is just for the people that don’t want the save file but just the builds
Thank you! 🩷
You’re welcome ☺️
Thank you, Michy! I've played quite a few saves and I usually have to tweak things to my liking- but yours is honestly the most fleshed out, perfectly cluttered and deeply personal save I've played in. Every home feels connected and well represented by the family who lives there. I love the early 00's vibe & as a now 30 something who had a scene-kid moment, the personality of your work truly shines through. Everything is curated so well where it feels so very cozy and personal, no matter what household I'm playing. Really felt nostalgic & even played my 2007s playlist, which brought back tons of memories and inspo for storytelling! I love it so, so much. Keep up the amazing work! <3
Thank u so much it makes me truly happy to read this 😭😭💖💖
You did more than enough and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you!
Thank u so much I just want to make sure that everyone has a good experience with the save 😩💖
