Single Mom Home
This home was meant to be exclusive for the save file, but I decided to share it with you guys before because I really like this home.
A little background about the family for this home: it’s for a family of three a single mom who is a writer/journalist who recently got divorced and kept full custody of her two kids, a teen girl and a child. She spends a lot of time at work and is fully dedicated to her career, but she also does her best to be there for her kids. She barely has any time for herself, let alone for the house, which is why the house is kind of messy or disorganized.
I’m still working more on the storyline, but that’s all I’ve got so far.

How to Add Custom Builds to Your Sims 4 Game
1. Select the house or build you want and download the file.
2. Move the Tray files into your Tray Folder (located at: Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Tray).
• These files won’t have the .package extension; instead, they’ll end in .bpi, .blueprint, or .trayfile.
3. If the build includes custom content (CC), place the .package files into your Mods Folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Mods).
• These files will be labeled as CC/Mods when you extract the download.
4. Open The Sims 4, then go to your Library (found in the top-right corner, represented by a lightbulb icon).
5. On the left side of the Library screen, check the box that says “Include Custom Content” in the settings.
6. Your downloaded house/build should now be visible and ready to use!

Just downloadedthisandi love it,had tochange a few things though. Some of the CC from this build another are showing up with a purplish type overlay and a green question mark on them, im still new to using cc but would you know how i could fix it?
batch fix in sims4studio to update the cc to dx11
I love this build. For some reason when i placed the lot it sad 25 items removed. I see some things are not in the build but i did download all the CC in the zip file.
Hi maybe could be items from the game packs if you don’t own them that’s probably the missing items
