Due to the newly added profession "Witchery", there is an incompatibility issue with old saves. However, a workaround has been implemented. Version 0.5 works normally when starting a new game. But if you're using an old save, you'll need to:
Install Patch 0.5.0x,
Load your old save,
Save the game in a new slot,
Close the game,
Install Patch 0.5.0y

after installing patch 0.5.0y when I want to load my save nothing happens the game does not launch the game and remains in the save repeater
