I know his weight is variable depending on the situation/timeline, but I like to imagine that after a whopper-size litter like this, his hormones and stomach capacity are so exaggerated that he endlessly fails to lose much weight for long after this litter.
Oh absolutely, he'll never go back to his original size in this current timeline. His stomach being stretched plus how little self control he has around food means he will always be gigantic and milky
I'm amazed he can even fit in the Shower! Kind of hope we do get an image of him getting stuck somewhere
