Patreon Pause
Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing well. We want to thank you for all of the support you've given us over the course of this project. You've made it possible for us to continue development and even implement some of your ideas into the game. It's been a great experience and we don't take it for granted.
However, recent life events have given us no choice but to change the way we work on Oh So Hero. New personal life responsibilities have cropped up that will just take too much time from us to meet monthly or even bi-monthly deadlines. Due to these unfortunate life changes, it will make it impossible for us to justify keeping the patreon open.
We will instead be releasing free updates in the future at our own pace. So you can rest assured that development will continue, but just at a slower pace. There will still be a new build on October 30th.
All patrons with annual subscriptions will receive a refund on their leftover months.
We appreciate you guys helping us make the game continue as far as it did, and we hope you enjoy the upcoming content too! (Bates along with all the poll winners are still on their way!)
Take care, everyone! Ribbit~

take your time it always has a better result in the end
Thanks for the game :D I will come back in the future and I hope you make this the best thing ;). I hope you do feel better.
I honestly would keep paying even with less updates
Oh So Hero has been one of my favorite independent platformers I've ever played. The amount of content put into this and detail is so incredible and enjoyable into this. I have told personal furry friends who have also loved it. Thanks for one of the most communicative and fun Patreons I've been on in years.
i’d still pay just to support you guys anyways ;-;
same
I wish you guys the best! I hope all goes well, we'll all always be cheering you on!
Aw man, I'm legitimately sad to see this happen, but you guys need to do what's best for you. I'm glad that the game will still get updates, even if it's at a slower pace. It's still hard not to feel like it's ending :( I hope everything goes well for you!
Ill still support
All remaining annual refunds have been issued. Once a refund is issued it can take up to 5 – 7 business days to process. If anyone lost access to locked posts due to this refund, you can re-pledge using a monthly amount. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You could also keep the patreon open and charge per new update/demo release, I personally wouldn't mind that at all.
Do what you must! I think its great of you to pause it like you are. I do hope things start to settle. :)
So, where would you be posting the updates?
We will continue posting updates here, in the Discord server, and (for major releases) Twitter.
Thanks for the well wishes! Even though we are pausing monthly charges and benefits, the patreon will remain accessible and we will provide updates when time permits. Cheers~
You guys are doing an amazing with this project. I don't mind the wait and i'll keep supporting you.
I'll still support it
Noo ;~; i understand but im willing to support you either way no matter how long it takes.
I understand how life works all to well. It’s rough though honestly thank you for all of the fantastic work you’ve done for the community. You’ve such a fun and lewd game and granted many of us such a neat experience. I hope things get better for you guys soon. Best of luck ✨💜
shame to hear but i hope that these issues get better, even if you decide to stay on pause. you guys brought much joy and you deserve some good times too. hope things get better and thank you for your amazing work.
I will continue support project. This game is cool and I like it.
keep the patreon open and just use it for donations.
I agree with everyone on this ~ Keep it up let people have the choice to keep supporting in their way Most of us are happy in the wait and it helps you guys out alot. I always say can never rush perfection cant rush good things most of us are happy waiting so long we get updates even just a note here and there KEEP it up <3
About half of the annual refunds have been issued. Due to Patreon restrictions, we need to wait a few days to do more. The remainder will be issued next week.
Keep the patreon open, we’ll still support this team even if there aren’t any deadlines
Agreed. I want to keep supporting the game even if the release cycle is longer
oop. I hope things are going well for you.
Aww…
