✨Leveling Up✨

Recently I've been unsatisfied with my current level of modeling skills and how long it takes for me to plan out a model before building it. So, I decided to spend a couple hours over the past few days improving my basic hard surface modeling skills to become more efficient both in time and topology. And the results are better than I expected 😄

😌A Relaxing Study😌
Modeling modern hard surface objects like the water dispenser and filing cabinet in the post pics was not only a good study in how to solve basic and confusing topology structures, but has also been a good "reset" from the more fantasy style models I'm used to building. I've really enjoyed this simple study, and plan on using the techniques I've learned for both modeling and texturing through this to level up the monthly asset packs and personal projects I'm working on moving forward! And I definitely recommend taking the time to have a relaxed study on any piece of the creation pipeline you want to improve in your own projects.

📦Next Month's Asset Theme📦
While I've spent a couple hours each day working on this more modern modeling study, I've been keeping an eye on your votes in the poll for next month's assets, and will pivot to creating those Magic Items & Props that most of you are interested in, while still taking some time each week to complete the Modern Anime Office & Warehouse Props on the side to release separately some time in the next couple months. I believe I can also add the Industrial theme to the main Magic Items pack for next month as an environmental bonus so that you all can get the best of both worlds 😁

📜A Warrior is Awakening📜
A BIG update for Banner of Souls is coming later this week, as soon as I finish the rig for my new Praetorian model. I'll be starting animation tests this month, and working towards the first foundational short animation to begin establishing this world I've been developing. The wait is almost over, and I am so thankful for all of you who have continued to support me during the months of silence on this big project! You all mean the world to me, and I continue you pray that God blesses you all with creativity and renewed passion for your own projects as He has given me for mine.

May the Lord Jesus bring you inspiration and clarity on the projects you're working on, and the ones you dream of. Remember, there is nothing too big or too small for Him. He loves you so much, and want to give you a future of peace and purpose in your life and art. I'll see you all later this week for that big reveal!
