📢 Important Update Regarding Build Support & Refunds

Hi everyone!

I wanted to make a quick post regarding build issues and refunds.

First, I want to say that I never intentionally release builds that are broken or unusable. Every build is tested in my own game, and many are also tested by others before being released. However, because The Sims 4, custom content, mods, and game settings vary from player to player, issues can sometimes occur that weren't present during testing.

If you're seeing purple question marks or missing textures, a simple batch fix will often resolve the issue. I build using DX11, so if you're still playing on DX9, some CC may require a batch fix to work properly in your game.

If you're experiencing loading issues when placing or entering a lot, please reach out to me first. I am always willing to re-download the build, test it myself, investigate any reported issues, and provide updated links if necessary. I regularly go back and update older builds, but occasionally something may get overlooked. If that happens, just let me know and I'll do my best to fix it.

With that being said, I will no longer be issuing refunds to members who have not contacted me first for support. If you're having an issue with a build, please give me the opportunity to help troubleshoot and resolve the problem before requesting a refund.

Additionally, refunds will no longer be given for forgotten renewals or memberships that were not canceled before the billing date. It is the member's responsibility to manage their Patreon subscription and cancellation settings.

I understand that not everyone will agree with this policy, and that's okay. If this change affects your decision to support me, I completely respect that. All I ask is that we remain respectful of one another. Please understand that these policies are being put in place to protect my time and work, not to inconvenience anyone. I am always willing to help and support members who reach out with legitimate concerns or issues.
