“Where the rent is low and the drama is high!”

Looking for affordable housing for your Sims with just enough character (and chaos) to keep things interesting? Welcome to Dimarco Apartments, the slightly sketchy-but-still-livable complex your Sims didn’t know they needed!

🧼 Features include:

• Neighbors who might steal your Amazon packages

• Roaches? Gremlins? We don't judge—just call the landlord (if you can reach him)

💰 Section 8 vouchers gladly accepted!
🎉 Great for storytelling, rags-to-riches challenges, or Sims who love mess and mayhem
🛠️ Apartment B Comes fully furnished with slightly-used décor from Craigslist, the dumpster and Facebook Marketplace.

Move in today… if you dare.

LOT TYPE MUST BE SET TO "RESIDENTIAL RENTAL" BEFORE PLACING THE LOT.

IF YOUR SIM IS UNABLE TO GO INTO THE LIVING ROOM OR KITCHEN, THEN YOU MUST DELETE ALL OR A PORTION OF THE BROWN BORDER ON THE FLOOR.

Hope you enjoy!🩷For Rent🩷 Cats & Dogs🩷 Get to Work 🩷
