About 6th August Patch
Hi everyone, all my mods are compatible with the latest patch as there were minor changes. And in case you missed it, I released my Genetics Overhaul collection in Public yesterday. I will be very grateful for shares and reposts as it took a lot of effort.
However, it seems that since July an old bug returned. If one of parents is teen, then a child will receive a random appearance. I tested it in the game just with MCCC and that seems to be true. It's both a general warning and explanation that it's not caused by my mods.
I suppose, something changed in the unknown part of the code, which we, modders, can't check and modify. If I'm not mistaken, there were no changes in the functions that call this process. That's why I think that mods can't fix it and we should wait for a game update.
Besides that, there are several news regarding my WIPs, which I want to share and discuss with you. I hope to publish it in the next few days.

It's compatible. Which exact error message you get?
Oh no, that just happened to me on my Legacy, and I did not know it was a bug, I had to change them in CAS
That's unfortunate 😞 I hope you won't face this bug again knowing that
@SonozakiSisters,Planning to start a new legacy centered on a pregnant teen runaway raises the question: does this bug occur every time, or is there only a small chance of it happening?
I can't say the exact chance, but it's definitely not small. I made 30+ tests when one of parents is teen and when both are teens. That's what I understood: Mother - Teen: ~30% of children look absolutely random. Girls look like parents way more often. In any case, a child rarely has got a correct eye color and sometimes hair color Father - Teen: most of the children look like parents, incorrect children are usually boys. The same problem with eye and hair color Both Teens: no correct children at all, lol. From time to time they somehow resemble parents, but many things are random. Almost never seen a correct hair and eye color Ofc I tested with these Sims being YA, and all of their children look fine. So, imho, teen pregnancy even in best case scenario produces too many random children to play this challenge as it is. I can't *recommend* aging up and down a Sim during pregnancy as there is no guarantee everything will be OK (though I haven't faced any issues), but it seems it will cause less issues than teen pregnancy anyway. It's up to you what to do with this info, but I hope it's helpful
