14.06.2026 UPDATE: Fixed the Self Care civic policy forced autonomous push ups and stretching – this affects the Merged version, the Push ups module and the Stretching module. The no workout version includes this fix + turns off autonomy for all exercises entirely – its autonomy is just too strong on any venue type. Remove the old version! The newest one for all except the Sit Ups module (I haven't changed it) is v1.1

This is another small remake of my old mod that prevents Sims from autonomous sit ups, push ups and do stretching.

First, I updated the push ups module by including the new autonomous interactions.

Second, I made the version that merges three modules into one.

Third, I made the more global version that prevents Sims from autonomous working out. This means, that Sims won't autonomously:

• Exercise (push ups, sit ups, do stretching)

• Jog

• Use Punching Bag

• Use Treadmill

• Use Workout Machine

Yup, it doesn't affect swimming (I have a separate mod for this), rock climbing, horse riding, archery and so on.

Though, this limitation isn't applied on these venues:

• Gym

• Pool

• Beach

• Playground

• Small Business (because it may be set up as a fitness venue)

• Custom Venues (for the same reason)

• Onsen

• Jungle Venues

• Komorebi Expedition Venues

And on Sims that currently have there roles:

• Jogger

• Trainer

• Sport Festival (from 'Adventure Awaits') Members

• Hobby Class Members

Otherwise Sims won't do fitness when they are supposed to do. Let me know if something should be included / excluded!
