The mod is probably not for every day, but it can still be useful if you want to play a boarding school or an orphaned child. After all, with this mod, the child will be able to live alone! In addition to the script that allows the child to live alone on the property, I wrote a tuning that allows the children to pay their own bills (or it would be problematic to live alone).
USAGE
Note that you cannot move a child to another plot alone by the normal means of the game, as this is a hardcoded game. But this limitation can be circumvented as follows:
Relocate the child with an adult
Remove the adult from the family
(Optional) Return the adult to the previous family or remove the adult if you only needed him/her for relocation. Repeat these steps for a subsequent relocation of the child.
A small clarification: the usual removal of adults from the family without this mod (for example, cheats MCCC) will not work, because after some time the game will start the action to remove / guardianship of the child.

INSTALLATION
For convenience, put both files in the same folder, but the mods themselves are independent and can be used separately. Remember that ts4script should lie no deeper than one subfolder!
CONFLICTS
There may be a conflict with ts4script mods, which also affect the age at which a sim can live alone (property can_live_alone in SimInfo). But it is unlikely to encounter another such mod.
Pay Bills module can conflict with another similar mods (though it works fine with MC settings).

Use the cheat 'Remove from the Household' or delete a sim using MCCC, for example. Anyway, neither of these options will crash the game. You do something wrong
Doesn't work for me, sadly.. can't remove the adult sim from the household as it still wants the child to not be alone
