Discord update!
Hello everyone! Just letting you all know that it was brought to my attention that Discord will be updating their Age Verification process soon, and I was asked if the Server was Age Restricted. I realized that the entire server was not, even if the channels were age restricted. I have updated the entire server to be Age Restricted, and I hope that won't cause issues when the age verification rolls out. If it does, let me know and I'll see if I need to (and can find) an alternate location for our community to chat and discuss things in better real-time manners, instead of trying to refresh the page to see if someone replied to your comment here.
It has been brought to my attention that getting through age restrictions on IOS are not easy, but the user who told me this was able to download Discord on his computer, update his settings, then simply closing the app on the IOS device and reopening it fixed that issue. If you are having issues accessing Discord after the change, and I'll do what I can to help.
I'm hope you all understand and agree with why I have age restricted the Discord Server. Theoretically, it shouldn't impact anyone here, because I stated this was adult content from the beginning on here, and if you are underage, you 100% should not be reading my stuff. It is pretty dang solidly in the "Adult" category. If you disagree, I have concerns.

Sounds like Discord is backing off for at least a few months. We'll see what happens in the end.
Also. As far as alternatives go, try Stoat, see what you think of it.
I'll take a look. If Discord becomes non-viable, I will be glad to have as many options as possible.
For anyone who needs this info, by default IOS / App Store Policy blocks age restricted content in apps, to change this setting you'll have to log on to Discord on your desktop go to User Settings look for Content & Social, there you'll find a setting to allow age restricted content on IOS, after you switch that on you'll simply need to close the Discord app on your phone/tablet and relaunch it and you'll be able to see the server once more.
