In case you were wondering....

Hello dear Patrons,

I'm sure some of you have looked at timelines and said something along the lines of:
"Huh, NaughtyPaladin says he's done with this chapter, and is going to be starting to work with his editors to get the chapter ready, but he just put up a poll for the next chapter, and it doesn't end for a week. What is he doing while he's waiting for his patron, but the poll isn't done?"

Now, as I'm sure you all know, I do have a full-time job, hobbies, and a family, but frankly, I really enjoy writing. I am actually not taking a week off when the poll is off and I'm waiting on editors. I actually am working toward the future. You see, as an ADHD writer, I am nearly constantly coming up with new story ideas. I have 35 ideas I have recorded and planned for future works. This is one reason why I am so adamant about finishing each of my stories, because if I don't do that, I'll end up with a endless stream of unfinished stories. No one wants that.

So while I am adamant that I'm gonna finish my current stories, I do take this time between finishing one story, and finding out which story I'm putting out next, I work on the planning, research and other aspects of preparation for current and future stories.

My plan is to finish stories until I have reduced my current load of stories from 6 down to 4, then I hope to be able to post here the first chapters of these new stories for you, so you can read the ones that interest you, and vote for which story I will move forward with each time that I finish one of my "in-progress" stories. Many of these stories are more realistic, set in our world, and while they may be satirical, humorous, or unserious, they are believable for our world with minor suspension of belief, like the majority of my current works. Many also go into the realms of fantasy and science fiction, on grand scales, like A Hero's Rebirth. By presenting them all to you, and finding out what my readers really want, I hope I can focus on, and spend my energy on, the stories that will bring the greatest enjoyment to the largest number of people.

I appreciate the support you all give me. It means a great deal, and for all my gifts with words, I struggle to express it. Thank you. I hope to keep you entertained for a long time to come.
