Project Harmony.AI Closed Beta is public now!
Hello everyone, 👋
and welcome to our brand new Patreon Page. It feels incredible to write down these lines right now, since it's a bit more than two years now since I made the first concepts of Project Harmony AI.
When I started this journey, the newest Transformer AI out there was GPT-3, Stable Diffusion was also more than a year away, and there was just a handfull of Websites and Apps which offered Chat AI to a rather small number of tech-savy nerds and geeks.
Now it's about a year since we got provided with Stable Diffusion and also ChatGPT will celebrate it's first birthday in November. The releases of these two technologies caused an unforseeable hype in AI and machine learning that few of us had seen coming. But as a side effect, this also allowed myself to push this project forward with increased intensity as well - All of a sudden there were development paths possible which haven't been there before, allowing for the creation of a Proof-of-Concept, which by now evolved into a prototype of our software called "Harmony Link".
Harmony Link is in Public Closed Beta now, and can be tried out for free!

About Project Harmony AI
Our long term vision for Project Harmony - from the very beginning - was to enable seamless interaction between Humans and AI controlled characters, in a way which makes you even forget they're not real.
The possible fields where this kind of technology could be deployed are huge, just to name a few possibilities: gaming (interactive NPCs), realistic companionship simulations, Interactive Assistants which can operate in VR and AR mode likewise, and also humanoid robots.
However, to make this work, it is required to develop a technology which takes all the individual AI technologies on the market, and acts as a vessel AND crossroad to make them work together seamlessly, allowing for a realistic AI entity which humans (or other AI entities) can interact with, also in an as-seamless-as-possible fashion.

Harmony Link's character control engine called "AI Harmonization Layer" is designed to allow for the individual or combined usage of different application modules which are powered by AI technology. Moreover, it is highly optimized to achieve the best possible latency and is highly parallelizable, so it can handle multiple characters acting independent of each other at the same time.
By providing a standardized Event system, Harmony Link enables developers to enrich their applications or games with AI agent functionality - without making a fixed decision towards individual third-party technology providers anymore. Instead of implementing a single provider's API, it's possible to switch between different providers just by doing a small config change.
