Asagi | Disneyland (81) 🏰

*Asagi Igawa \ Taimanin Asagi

Hi everyone,

I’ve just released a new update on the character Asagi.

This time, unlike before, I uploaded the image files in JPG format.

The reason is:

• Although there’s an almost unnoticeable loss in quality, converting from RAW PNG to JPG significantly reduces the file size. Originally, this image package took up 331MB, but now, after converting to JPG, it’s only 135MB. This greatly reduces memory usage on our computers.

(please check the "quality demo" file if you're interested with it.)

However, my knowledge of image processing is still limited, so if you have any better suggestions, please feel free to share them in the comments below.

Also, I want to emphasize that this doesn’t mean I’m “taking away” the RAW PNG files from you. I simply think this method has considerable benefits for all of us. After all, who of us has an unlimited amount of memory from home PCs, isn't it? 🤔

Lastly, if anyone still wants the RAW PNG files, please leave a comment below and I’ll upload them as well. After all, I’m not sure whether everyone will actually download the full “image package” to PC.

And finally, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Are you okay with this change? Do you prefer things the way they were before? Or does it not matter to you? I’ll adjust based on your feedback.

Thank you! 😊
