Frequently Asked Questions ❣️
Q: How can I access and view the original artwork files?
A: You can find downloadable files attached to each post in the file links section at the bottom. All images are packaged in .7z format. If you don’t have a program to extract these files, we recommend downloading and installing the appropriate version for your device from the official 7-Zip website at www.7-zip.org. This will allow you to easily access and enjoy the exclusive image collections available on the channel.
Q: What’s the difference between JPG and PNG files?
A: The JPG and PNG file packages for each post contain identical content. The key difference is that PNG files are the original, high-resolution images, offering superior quality but requiring more storage space. JPG files, on the other hand, are compressed to take up less space, with a slight trade-off in quality. Unless viewed very closely, the difference between JPG and PNG is barely noticeable. Feel free to choose the format that best suits your storage needs.
Q: What can I do on this channel?
A: In addition to enjoying real-time updates with each new post, you’re invited to explore the “Collections” page (located near the top of the homepage) to discover more exciting works and revisit past creations from Lucy’s channel. It’s a great way to dive deeper into the art you love!
Q: Can I leave comments?
A: Absolutely, we encourage you to share your thoughts! Feel free to leave comments in the post discussion sections or send me a private message. Whether you love a piece, have suggestions, or want to share what resonates with you (or doesn’t), I value every message. Your feedback is incredibly important and will help shape the future of this channel.
