El Camino to C10 Trade Adventure
Another PATREON-ONLY trade up! I trade the Elco (from two weeks ago) for a broken '65 C10, hilariously limp it home, then I get that thang fixed right up. This video also contains probably the funniest transition I've ever filmed.

I got a 1969 Chevy c10 and they are such good trucks.
Just fyi you don't adjust pinion angle identical to engine angle, and you don't measure from the tailshaft, you get your measurement from the balancer. Rule of thumb for a street car is usually 1-2 degrees negative from engine angle, that way when the truck loads up under acceleration it will match with the engine angle. If you make it identical to engine angle it will overangle under load and eat u-joints and vibrate.
Love the long videos
hell yeah
C10 enthusiast here, Tom those bumper things were worth $70 on eBay!
My mans looks like he’s coming home from the war after working on this thing 😂😂
would be pretty sweet too see you clean up the c10 and throw an exhaust on it and get er runnin a little stronger
Hey Tom I have a good looking truck with a speedys sticker I would love to put on your instagram let me know and I can send you photos and videos it would be awesome to promote speedys equipment
https://www.facebook.com/share/16G6ATDgbU/ For $2500 this would make a good patreon resto vehicle
Hey Tom I found you a while back and have seen almost every vid, thanks for giving me a chuckle every video, keep it up!
Hey Tom, in the blueberry video you were wearing a really cool foxbody sweatshirt and I was wondering where you got that from?
My friend Matt who parts out foxes made a few of them a couple years ago. They aren’t for sale anywhere
Where’s blueberry vid?
One day everyone will realize that their $5 a month is going towards black spray paint. This is tom's version of "Buy me a coffee"
Tom, by chance do you have a 98' 4l60e 2wd and a good converter? Asking for a friend...
Or maybe you have something to trade for a 98' gmc Sierra single cab short bed.... my "friend" needs a daily 🤣
She's got Mad Max wheels and I love it
Man, I kind of want this truck. Had one just out of high school and now I miss it. Great content!
We always called the bumperettes "cattle pushers".
Need some content with papa John. Reminds me of my dad helping me out when I needed it😂
how do people expect you to produce two high quality videos, obviously the patreon isn't going to be as hype as YouTube, but its content that's why we bought this hence the RAW.
This video gave me anxiety, making me remember my '77 Bonanza Custom.
thanks again for content mister refurb
WHEN I DIE BURYY ME IN SMOKE 🔥🤘
I remember some odd years ago there was a roadside sign on Main street threatening tickets for loud cars. Then a few years ago the city of Newark was contemplating noise cameras. After binging your videos I’m sure you’ve played zero part in either of those 🤣🤣🤣
Lmaooo I know some higher ups in the town that said I was part of the reason for the sign, "Loud Exhaust? Expect a Ticket"
All I have to say is that tom is the goat of automotive content and I love every video.
Auto adjusting pinion angle was a cool feature in my opinion
Put an axle flip kit on my c10 and it was angled up like that, glad to know the grinding was from the pinion angle, thanks tom, there's a reason I pay for this patreon subscription 🤘
energy was off on this vid, still a great video.
It's because this project SUCKED ASS lmaooooo
Love the wheels please rattle bomb paint it cover everything make it really roudy
I’m addicted to marketplace too Tom. Get all jittery after 15 min without. I got the need to scroll.
“I don’t know what the fuck that was” lmfao
Kinda looks like Mater from the movie Cars… too bad you already have Ta-mater 😂
