Is there a way to use the patreon account to listen to up to date tbs storys?
Moin one thing missing is a pay solution for us eurpeans here . I understand your aversion for using playstore internal , but paypal or IBAN based pay will help,,.
Hi Hans, PayPal have a complicated monthly renewal process (stripe is much easier). Would a 12 month one time payment be beneficial (12 for 10)? That would be a far more straight forward offering that monthly tracking or a choice between 6 months and 12 months? as a block?

I have a complaint . I saw this and got all stupid happy then realized it was an advertisement then realized it was Sunday ,so like slap myself
i have a issue whilst using it on the Z Fold it blocks all the phone controls so i have to use gemini or the search bar so i can open a keyboard to close the app

how about fixing the countless issues with the website. Adding mobile apps is only adding to the accumulating tech debt you clearly have. If I were a betting man, I'd bet there is a complete lack of and/or insufficient unit, functional and integration tests for vox9 as a whole. But yeah lets add some mobile apps to the mix
I'm not sire if this is a useful comment. Shout something negative from the sidelines and look all big and clever. Helpful people contact me and let me know if they find something that isn't quite right. I take a look and usually resolve it. Unhelpful people do what you're doing right now. I would love to get your exhaustive list of issues and your recommendations for which tools and tests I should be running. Feel free to provide them to me. And I'll take a look.
Congrats, this seems to be a great way to make both listeners and Authors happy! I haven't used Vox much yet but I'm thinking of switching to that for TBS (and many others) instead of Patreon. I'd love to pay you twice for all your hard work, but that's not feasible for me. Also, does Vox have a way of seeing if a series you follow has a new episode? Like, can you favorite a series or just follow an author?
If you follow/subscribe to an author on vox9, you get an email when a new episode is available. If you have the android app, you get a notification on your phone and you can tap it and be delivered the new.episode in seconds. Same will work for IOS too. But I'm just going through their testing process.

Truthfully I've never had any problems with the app it works better than YouTube never any dead scrolling no nothing when you clicked on something it worked
The testers really were on it and helped me find some problems with the initial build of the app. It wouldn't be anywhere near as good as it is now without their help!

that is probably is a PWA version, but the android version blows that out of the water. Purpose built to deliver audiobooks in your pocket.
