A strategic decision has been made! Thank you all for helping with the decision making process and a happy “Oh Banana” to all of you!
I won't lie, choosing between these options was not easy. I am fascinated by the concept of the Erdtree video, but I have voted for DK as I think it timing it before Bananza could definitely help views wise, both at the time the video is released and then after the launch of the new game.
I like all the video ideas, but personally I think the best one to do before the switch 2 launches is the Skyward sword video, since going into what a 'successful console' is will be in the zeitgeist. Donkey Kong's identity would be similar but not as universal, and Elden Ring is a bit more of an evergreen topic, or could be timed closer to the coop sequel thing.
As much as I would love to see you continue the Zelda retrospectives (and it sounds like a really fascinating thesis) you've made me really curious about DK 64 now.
