What would you like to receive first...Apartment Building or Family Home?

I wanted to send out this poll because I do have two builds semi-ready to go, BUT, there's only one week left in February. So, I wanted to ask if you'd rather receive the family home OR the apartment building first?
Both builds are located and designed for Del Sol Valley, but can work in Oasis Springs.
What would you like to receive first...the family home or apartment building?

I love apartments as well but don鈥檛 do great with the rentals. Of course whatever you decide is sure to be lovely 鈽猴笍
i would love apartments my del sol valley sims are currently homeless cause idk where to put them lmao
I love the apartment builds. But I'm one of the ones who's game completely locks up on rentals. But, I'll use ANYTHING you create. 馃
