Brownstone Townhouse Ver. 1

Hii beautiful simmers 🥰

I have something I haven’t really done before! I created this townhouse 2 years ago when I used to stream on TikTok, and I only made the shell public on my gallery. I was looking back in my screenshots and saw this build and just knew I had to redecorate it and make it public for everyone to download/use!!

There is another version that will be a “dark version” and that will come a little later once I have finished decorating it! It will be the EXACT same layout, just darker colors ☺️

I hope you all enjoy this little change! Also, I will have a new sim on Tuesday as I have been working on decorating this baddie for 3 1/2 days now lol - lmk if this is something I should continue to do. I will still focus on sims and then drop a build once a month if it’s something you guys would like c: Maybe I could do a build that goes with the theme of the sim??? Idk lmk lol
