CELL | セル Next - Clay Render

I started this statue exactly on February 28th while I was releasing Man-Thing, two days before the news of Master Akira Toriyama's death. So it wasn't initially meant as a tribute, but unfortunately, it will now take on this significance.

I wanted to step back a bit from the Marvel universe. The design I made realistic but not too much; I didn't intend to distort the original by turning it into a mantis/cicada. The details were added to a less manga-like body but still following the production and style I aim to achieve with this project.

The pose and idea were inspired by an illustration that struck me, but unfortunately, I didn't identify the name of the author. This will be the release before the next superhero. In a couple of days (hopefully), the colored render and the pieces will be ready. If we reach around 70 subscribers,  I could add another artist and increase the production!!!

"セル" is Cell in Japanese🪲.
