Detailed Organized Mods Folder

Hey Lovelies! So previously I wrote a post on my website detailing how to organize your mods folder and ways to manage it. To get you started, I've created this detailed breakdown to organize your mods. You will find several folders within this mods folder to help you sort out all of your mods to easily locate them later.

Inside the Mods Folder

Inside the Mods Folder you will five 5 main categories:

1. CUSTOM CONTENT
2. FUNCTIONAL OBJECTS
3. GAMEPLAY
4. MISC
5. UTILITIES

Within the Custom Content folder, you will find two more folders: BUILD-BUY and CREATE-A-SIM which each have several folders breaking down every category of custom content you can have for each sections.

The other four folders do not contain any other folders within them as I typically suggest sorting these types of mods by creator or mod.

Instructions for Use:

1. Rename your existing Mods folder and move it out of your Sims 4 folder. I personally rename it to "Mods Holding" and place it on my desktop.
2. Download and Extract the attached file below.
3. Open the file and read the read me document inside.
4. Drag the "Mods" folder to your Sims 4 folder.
5. Now you can begin sorting all your mods into the correct folders.
