Col de Fouchy V 3.1 (signs and rally ambiance update)

Dear Assetto's racer, chiller,

Here some preview of the signs and rally ambiance of Col de Fouchy.

I've added some rally / wrc signs, marshalls, ambulance, start post, start light, haystack with ribbon (with collisions)

I've also created an other rally layout which use roads of the village of Fouchy which only be use on the circuit layout 4.

PS 1: On the first publishing of this version, there's a wrong parameter for rally light. You can download the fix instead of the whole mod.

PS 2: If you found the birds sound too annoying, you can replace the original soundfx.ini with the one in the attachement.

You just have to drag & drop it in the extension folder.
