Happy new year and Preview Col de Fouchy V 3.1 (signs update) (part 1)

Dear Assetto's racer, chiller,

I wish you all a happy new year, full of fun drives, smooth slides and good vibes on track.
Thank you for your support, your feedback and your patience during the past year , it really helps me to keep pushing the quality of my mods further.

I've mentionned a few weeks ago that Col de Fouchy V3.0 will be the last update of this mod... but I've finally find that I've don't put enough road signs, so here some preview of the signs update of Col de Fouchy.

After this the next work is Thannenkirch, I will probably directly release a V3.0 version of Thannnenkirch, not all V2.X version.
