Grass FX improvement (less flashy green) and release of Col de Fouchy V3

Dear Assetto's racer, chiller,

I've improve the texture that I've create for the grass FX, now you don't have a green flasky grass like on every other mod and the grass color is belnd with the ground color.

With this last modification, I will probably release Col de Fouchy V3 during the next week, I just have to create / imrpove the last AI spline for the circuit / rally layout.
