Col de Fouchy v2.8

Dear Assetto's racer, chiller,

Here some preview of the Col de Fouchy V2.8 with somes decoration elements, the 2 last rally layout, there no circuit layout for the moment.

Here the changelog :

Addition of some 3D elements (house, wall, trees, bush, objects,...)
Additon of rally points (industrial / commercial area)
Removing of the ugly tyre marks
Addition of new a road
Addition of 2 other rally layout (rally 5 & rally 6)
Addition of LOD ini file to optimzed a little the track (You can adjust the values yourself)

I create some spot which can be use as a rally point like some industrial, commercial area.
