I actually wanted to ask something I wasn't sure if you knew the answer. My support payment didn't go through at first and so I fixed it however because the payment didn't go through at first the pages weren't sent to me. Is there a way to fix this or should I talk to the Patreon support? Other than that, keep up the good work as always. The pages have been looking great !

No worries, pledges often get declined and later processed, so it's all good. Your pages have been sent. :)

OK. Then, is the epilogue set a year or more ahead of the main story or has the main story caught up with 931?

The epilogue takes place in early 931 while the main story, as it stands right now, takes place on the Winter Solstice of the year 930 (so late December.) The story should catch up to the prologue/epilogue by the end of the upcoming 5th chapter.

James, a question: I was just looking at the prologue and it is set in 924 AD. The main story starts in 923, which makes sense since part of the story is about whether or not Brianna will get to Ragnhild in time to keep her from being killed by the werewolves. However, I note that the epilogue starts in 931 AD - a whole 8 years after the prologue! I'm confused - are you suggesting that the events of the prologue have somehow been circumvented and now you've jumped ahead 8 years? The next time we see Brianna and Fiona, will they have been with the Vikings for 8 years? Or did you get the years mixed up? Thanks!

Yeah, that was the old version of the prologue. I subsequently changed the dates for a better fit to the period of Eirik's eventual reign as King of Norway. So the later version of the prologue is set in 931 A.D., and the main story in 930 A.D., but everything else is the same.

Hi! Just got this month's post - fantastic pictures! Ragnhild has an incredible body. I can't wait to see her and Brianna together! Also, I like what you have done by bookending the first part of your story with a prologue and epilogue about Ragnhild. The epilogue certainly seems to explain at least part of what happened at the beginning. Great work!

Thanks! I thought it would be interesting to do it this way. It was actually a last minute decision to begin the webcomic with a prologue when I launched the saga back in 2011. I'm planning on framing each part of the Norse trilogy the same way in the future. Glad you enjoy it and thanks again!

I haven't received this month rewards, is it delayed or something?

Lots of pledges are still pending. Once they are processed, the rewards will be sent out.
