As to the cheating / NTR / similar stuff, it kind of depends. If she's cheating with you because her significant other is an evil bastard, then I have no sympathy for him and don't really mind the scenario (especially if the story leads to her getting out of that toxic relationship). But if the scenario is that she's cheating with you because she's the one who's toxic and her hubby/boyfriend is just being cucked, then it's a huge turn-off.
see??? that last line is an example of the way ALOT of people use NTR/cheating/cuckolding interchangeably that confuses me! in that case, as far as i've known, the guy's NOT being cucked because he doesn't even KNOW, he's just being cheated on.....if he KNEW and didn't like it, THEN he'd be cucked (one way, the other would be him knowing AND liking it and watching)....
Consent is the key. Do I like domination (by either sex)? Not really, but if it's consensual and intimate then it can be good. If it's done in order to get off on actually dominating the other person and the recipient doesn't like it, then it's horrible and could make me stop playing. Similar for other things, like prostitution. If it's a mutually beneficial scenario and no one is being hurt, then it's not so bad. For "pregnancy", I wasn't sure what to put. Pregnancy is a natural part of sex, and having sex while lightly pregnant can be beautiful. Turning it into a "kink" is where it stops being attractive, as well as when the pregnancy is far enough along that it would be injurious to the baby.

This is compounded if the mc can fuck the guy’s girl near them without getting caught or I dunno blown without being seen by the boyfriend/husband as long as said girl from then on only fucks the mc (no sharing between men)
Every player as their own kinks they like and dislike, as a dev you can't make everybody happy. That's why everything should be optional.
I know I can't make everyone happy. Making everything optional is sometimes impossible too, or just quite tedious... I want to avoid themes/kinks/tags that are a dealbreaker for a large part of the community. Just want to make a decent product for most of my community to enjoy :)

I put cheating but it depends, if the girl cheats on mc then no that’s bad but if the mc cheats with a girl who’s in a relationship then that good
