♡VIII Landgraab Apartment♡

♡Hi simmers! Here is another apartment I renovated in Sims 4. This apartment is perfect for a single sime that just moved to the city. Hopefully you'll enjoy it. Let me know if you have any problems.

Build Info:

♡Apartment Build

♡Lot type: Residential

♡Recommended lots: San Myshuno specifically VIII Landgraab Apartment

♡Packs: Base Game, Geto to work, Eco, City Living (just a few items from these packs)

♡Gameplay tested: Yes

♡Certain parts of the walls have to be deleted in order to upload this apartment into the gallery. Simple fix- Draw the wall back and paint the walls. For platforms - the dark brown color flooring, draw a wall, lower the platform, delete walls and then color the floor.

♡Use bb.moveobjects before placing the build* VERY IMPORTANT! ♡

How to download:

Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files.

You have two choices-

Choice 1:

The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.

Choice 2:

**The renovated apartment is saved to my Gallery (Ulovebonnie) in the Sims 4, you can download the mods folder and then add the build from the gallery. When searching for the apartment be sure to select custom content.
