Modern Del Sol Valley townhomes featuring two identical, move-in-ready units with sleek contemporary interiors and plenty of space to make your own. Kitchens and bathrooms are furnished, while the remaining rooms are left open for you to decorate and personalize to your liking.
Each unit features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With a shared pool /small park/basketball area.

I downloaded and it keeps getting stuck on the build screen any tips?
I would recommend testing the build completely without any of the CC first (don't save). If everything works normally, then start adding CC back in little by little, testing the build as you go. That way, you can narrow it down to figure out exactly which piece of CC is causing the issue. Let me know how it goes.
Hi, I’m kinda new to Sims4 and I have downloaded many of these builds but then I don’t know where to find them exactly? Like the whole thing I mean, do I download the file and then I find it in the gallery? Or ?
you download the file below and also the CC she has linked in description. Included will be any other CC you may need for this build & tray files. you add the tray files to the “Tray” folder and then add the cc to your Mods folder. Tray files allow the build to pop up in your gallery without having to do all the searching. Hope this helps ! Good luck
