Plumbob Private Wealth [Save File]馃
Hey lovelies!
Hope you are doing well.
I've been working on the save file and wanted to create an office building, so I came up with Plumbob Private Wealth. A private wealth management firm, that provides investment strategies and financial planning for Sims and local businesses.
This office has five-levels:
Ground level - Lobby and Cafe
Second & third level - advisor workspace and conference/training rooms
Fourth level - two office spaces for the executive partners
Basement - full equipped employee gym
each floor has a bathroom
Details:
Lot Size: 20x20
Location: Magnolia Promenade
Cost: $252, 320 simoleons
FY I use a lot of expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs & kits for this lot.

I don't have the Decor To The Max kit so how much would be missing?
