19 Culpepper House

4.18.26 -release

Hello, loves!

This is 19 Culpepper House; I originally made this for a challenge I'm planning. You'll notice a baby bassinet in the main bedroom and stroller, feel free to remove it.

This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom open concept, with large windows and gorgeous views of the city. It has a balcony, which is the perfect spot for hosting small gatherings.

I wasn't able to include the bathroom with the full apartment, so I had to upload it separately. Both files are included in the download, just place the apartment first, then add the bathroom.

Here are additional photos:

YouTube Tutorials: I’ve got a YouTube video for each build explaining how to place them in your mods folder. & there are instructions below. Please check that out—it’ll save us both time! https://youtu.be/YMwCmFp6M0s?si=ysoGfNcCrXMtkr5U
