Hey lovelies,
This cute little studio apartment at 910 Medina Studios in San Myshuno is now available for download. I feel like this is the perfect spot for a sim that just moved to the city. The space has a cozy, lived in charm, with exposed brick walls adding warmth and character, especially around the bedroom area. Instead of being fully closed off, I added window dividers to separate the living and kitchen area from the bedroom. This keeps everything open and airy while still giving a sense of structure and privacy.
I also added large windows to have the natural light flow throughout the space and give it that modern city loft vibe. Washer and dryer is included!
TOOL mod was used to remove the pipes and mouse holes, to keep the apartment clean and rodent free. If you are interested in doing the same, there are some great tutorials on YouTube to help guide you. Be sure to download better build buy and TOOL mod from Twisted Mexi. Alternatively, Lijoue has a mod that completely removes the issue, which is a great option if you don't want to use TOOL. If you notice any colorful question marks/broken CC, you can fix this by visiting the original creator's website and redownloading the affected CC or you can do a batch fix using sims 4 studio.
The build has been play-tested, but before fully sorting the folder, I highly recommend creating a folder labeled "test" to ensure that it works in your game.
You'll also need to redraw the walls and add wallpaper to the missing areas.

Gorgeous build! I’m having problems placing it however! I removed the old lot, the pipes etc but your lot won’t properly align in the space.
Thanks, Dani! Be sure to use bb.moveobjects before placing the build down, and try your best to line it up with the existing walls. It can be a little tricky sometimes. Let me know if that works.
