Services offered:
Aerial hoops: Which is one of my personal favorites! Your Sims can soar through the air and master beautiful poses, spins, and acrobatic sequences both inside and around the hoop. This activity blends grace, strength, and artistry, which is perfect for toning muscles and improving flexibility.
With the amazing WarnockCC mod, your Sim can even earn §5,000 Simoleons after completing a full routine!
Pole Dancing: Using a sleek vertical pole, this class focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and fluidity. Your sims can spin, climb, invert, and transition between moves with style and confidence. Yoga: Find your center and reconnect the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga helps your sims reduce stress, boost flexibility, and improve focus. From gentle stretches to powerful poses, each session promotes balance, awareness, and inner peace. Whether your sim is a beginner or an expert yogi, this class offers a moment of calm in their busy sim lives.
Spin Class: Get ready to sweat it out! Spin class is an energizing, music-driven cycling workout that builds endurance, strengthens legs and glutes, and improves cardiovascular health. Your sims will pedal to the beat, race against friends, and leave class feeling strong, motivated, and full of endorphins. It’s the perfect way to burn energy while having a blast!

đź’– I just want to say how much I enjoy sharing my Sims 4 builds with you all. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
CC Heavy Builds: Some of my houses use a lot of custom content (CC), which might cause lag in your game. I am not responsible for any issues you might run into!
YouTube Tutorials: I’ve got a YouTube video for each build explaining how to place them in your mods folder. & there are instructions below. Please check that out—it’ll save us both time! (please see above)
CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.
Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!
Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!
Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.
Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍
