The Compass Rose - Brindleton Bay Shell🤍

Good afternoon, loves🤍

Here is a build that I am currently working on. If you love to decorate than this one is for you. It is located in Brindleton Bay, and it replaces The Compass Rose lot. Feel free to put it on any 40x30 lot of your choice. Also, I've included the floorplan.

Enjoy!

Disclaimer

💖 I just want to say how much I enjoy sharing my Sims 4 builds with you all. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• CC Heavy Builds: Some of my houses use a lot of custom content (CC), which might cause lag in your game. I am not responsible for any issues you might run into!

• YouTube Tutorials: I’ve got a YouTube video for each build explaining how to place them in your mods folder. & there are instructions below. Please check that out—it’ll save us both time! (please see above)

• CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.

• Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!

• Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!

• Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.

• Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍

• Broken CC/Colorful question marks: Find the item and download it from the original creator.

All CC included.

This was built in Willow Creek; I play tested it in Oasis Springs. You will need to change the lot type from Residential to Library.

Packs Needed used- Base Game, Get to Work, Pets & High School

Lot - 40x30

Heads up: You might see some colorful question mark CC in your game. This is usually an easy fix! While you're in game, click on the item to check the name of the creator and the specific piece of CC. Once you have that info, you can usually download the entire collection from the creator's website to make sure everything shows up correctly.

xo,

Bonnie🤍
