Summit Solitude 🤍
Summit Solitude is a cozy little villa right on top of the hill, overlooking the beautiful ocean. It’s located in Tartosa, specifically in the Porta Luminoso neighborhood.
This place has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, plus a little area perfect for a hot tub and an art easel, great for just relaxing or painting the view. Downstairs, there’s a spacious open concept living room and kitchen. The main dining area is actually outside so you can really take in those stunning views while you eat. There’s also a laundry room tucked away on the first floor.
Outside, you’ve got a nice pool and some extra lounge seating for soaking up the sun. And one of my favorite little touches and there’s a cute wine cellar downstairs, perfect for wine lovers or just storing a few bottles for a cozy night in.
When I was building this, I pictured a loving retired couple living out their golden years here in Tartosa. Maybe they’ve got kids and some older grandkids who visit on weekends. It could be their forever home or even just a dreamy getaway spot. Either way, it’s made for peace, beauty, and family time.
How to Download & Install Custom Content Apartments to The Sims 4♡ (youtube.com)
Disclaimer
đź’– I just want to say how much I enjoy sharing my Sims 4 builds with you all. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
CC Heavy Builds: Some of my houses use a lot of custom content (CC), which might cause lag in your game. I am not responsible for any issues you might run into!
YouTube Tutorials: I’ve got a YouTube video for each build explaining how to place them in your mods folder. & there are instructions below. Please check that out—it’ll save us both time! (please see above)
CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.
Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!
Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!
Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.
Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍
Follow Me: If you haven’t already, please follow me on my other platforms. Your support means the world to me!
