Townhouses (Shell only)

Here’s a set of townhouses I put together, just a shell for now, but a solid start if you're looking to build out your own neighborhood. I was a little hesitant to share this because of the “For Rent” bug, but don’t worry, you can totally use it without the rental function and still enjoy it.

The build is set in Willow Creek on a 40x30 lot, and it’s perfect if you want to customize interiors or create a little row of homes with character. This build can go on whatever 40x30 lot you would like. Whether you're sprucing it up for families, roommates, or just for show, it's a nice base to start with. Hope you enjoy it!

No real floor plan mapped out.

Have fun!
