The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies

Good morning, love bugs!

First of all, thank you so much for all the amazing lot suggestions—you guys are the best, and I appreciate you! Today is the day the Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies expansion pack is finally out! Thanks to the EA Creator Network, I got early access, so I've been super busy cranking out builds (both non-CC and CC builds, of course). Prepare yourselves for a full day of spamming/releasing builds—get ready to be sick of me.

And here's the first one, Cafe & Canvas Corner. This is a NO CC build featuring a pottery/art studio and a cozy book cafe/lounge. On top, you'll find a beautiful studio apartment. I did use several packs, just a heads up! You will need the new pack in order for this to be functional

If you're planning on grabbing the pack, everything is all set and ready to go. The only thing you'll need to do is set the lot type to "Small Business."
