Welcome to this stunning 1-bedroom penthouse, located in the vibrant Arts Quarter of San Myshuno. I'm so excited to share this build with you! Though it's ideal for a penthouse, this design can also fit beautifully on any 30x20 lot, blending artistic charm with modern luxury.
On the main floor, you'll find a spacious, open-concept kitchen and living room, both crafted with custom content to create a stylish and cozy atmosphere. This floor also includes a full-sized bathroom, providing comfort and convenience. The main living space is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light.
The second floor is dedicated to the serene main bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat with an attached bathroom for ultimate privacy and relaxation. There are windows in the bedroom & bathroom, it's just invisible.
Step outside onto the expansive terrace, where you'll find a grilling area, a bar, and even an outdoor bathtub—perfect for a romantic evening. On the other side of the building, a gorgeous pool area with a seating space offers the perfect spot to unwind.
Additionally, this penthouse includes two creative spaces: an artist/photography studio and a yoga studio on the lower level. These versatile rooms can easily be converted into additional bedrooms if needed.

Mods and Tray info:
Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files. The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.
Some items might be missing but are easily replaced.
**NOTE if items do not show up at first, redownload the mods folder**

CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.
Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!
Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!
Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.
Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍
