Nola House🏠 Now Available 🤍

Hey loves,

Excited to share my latest Nola-inspired build with you all. It's got a cozy vibe with two rooms – one that’s a sitting room but can easily be turned into an extra bedroom if needed. There's also a study room, perfect for diving into a good book or getting some work done. Oh, and I can't forget the three bathrooms and laundry room for that extra convenience.

The real gem, though? A pool in the back and a wraparound porch to enjoy those sunny days. It's all still in early access, so get in there and enjoy it while it's fresh! Can't wait to hear your thoughts.

Disclaimer

đź’– I just want to say how much I enjoy sharing my Sims 4 builds with you all. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • CC Heavy Builds: Some of my houses use a lot of custom content (CC), which might cause lag in your game. I am not responsible for any issues you might run into!

  • YouTube Tutorials: I’ve got a YouTube video for each build explaining how to place them in your mods folder. & there are instructions below. Please check that out—it’ll save us both time! (please see above)

  • CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.

  • Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!

  • Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!

  • Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.

  • Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍

  • Follow Me: If you haven’t already, please follow me on my other platforms. Your support means the world to me!
