Day 5: Hollybrook Manor 🎄

We have come to the end of my 5 days of Christmas. It was short but sweet. I hope you guys enjoyed it! Here's a special holiday house from me to you.

Hollybrook Manor is a warm, inviting Christmas estate that brings the holiday spirit to life. The living room, decked out in rich red Christmas colors, sets the perfect vibe for cozy gatherings. The kitchen is big and spacious, ready for all the holiday cooking and entertaining you need. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, complete with festive décor, a walk-in closet, and a nice bathroom. Plus, the attic has the potential to be turned into two extra bedrooms and another bathroom, giving you even more room to grow. Downstairs, there's a convenient bathroom as well. Everything about this home gives off that magical "White Christmas" energy, making it the perfect spot for the season.

The folder comes with a lot of CC subfolders; my mods folder is not currently organized**

Mods and Tray info:

Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files. The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.

Some items might be missing but are easily replaced.

**NOTE if items do not show up at first, redownload the mods folder**

💖 I just want to say how much I enjoy sharing my Sims 4 builds with you all. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• CC Heavy Builds: Some of my houses use a lot of custom content (CC), which might cause lag in your game. I am not responsible for any issues you might run into!

• CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.

• Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!

• Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!

• Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.

• Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍
