Last but not least, Miranda Hobbes’ apartment in San Myshuno, transformed from 920 Medina Studios, reflects her no-nonsense, sophisticated style with a touch of urban flair. The space features sleek, modern lines and a neutral color palette accented by bold pops of color.

The open-plan living area showcases a chic, minimalist design with a plush white sofa, a glass coffee table, and a striking piece of abstract art & fireplace that serves as a focal point. In a sperate room there is a well-organized bookshelf displays a curated collection of legal books and personal mementos, perfectly balancing professionalism with personality.

Throughout the apartment, carefully chosen accessories—like plants, vases, candles, and wall art—add warmth and character, making it a perfect reflection of Miranda's determined spirit and love for modern elegance.

Mods and Tray info:

Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files. The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.

Some items might be missing but are easily replaced.

**NOTE if items do not show up at first, redownload the mods folder**

💖 I just want to say how much I enjoy sharing my Sims 4 builds with you all. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• CC Heavy Builds: Some of my houses use a lot of custom content (CC), which might cause lag in your game. I am not responsible for any issues you might run into!

• YouTube Tutorials: I’ve got a YouTube video for each build explaining how to place them in your mods folder. & there are instructions below. Please check that out—it’ll save us both time! (please see above)

• CC Lists: I’m working on including item lists for each build, but generating these can take a while, especially if there’s a lot of CC. So, you might not get a list every time.

• Paywall CC: If any CC is behind paywalls, more than likely it won’t be included in the download. Just a heads up!

• Gallery Shells: If you want to get creative, I’ll post the shells in the gallery under the username ulovebonnie. Feel free to decorate them however you like!

• Missing CC: If I post my CC builds to the gallery, you might not get everything in the apartment unless you have the CC I used.

• Patience is Key: I’ve got a 9-5, create Sims 4 content, and go live up to 4 days a week. I’m doing my best to get these builds out at a decent pace🤍
