*Disclaimer:* I want to let you know that a few people have reported issues with this build.
It’s quite heavy on custom content (CC), so please keep that in mind when you download it. I always try to playtest my houses before sharing, and this one worked well on both of my computer. Someone suggested removing "TUDS NCTR Merged file, the Calgary Dining file and the AV files", as this caused an issue in their game. Again, I personally had no issues with this build.
If you’re testing this build or any others in the future, here are some helpful tips:
1. Create a test folder. Just gather all your CC together in a folder without sorting it for now.
2. If everything runs smoothly, you can remove any duplicates using a mod manager or mod assist. There are plenty of helpful YouTube videos to guide you through the process!
3. If you experience lag or can’t access the lot, try removing the CC from your game. This is why having a mods folder is so useful.

Mods and Tray info:
Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files. The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.
Some items might be missing but are easily replaced.
**NOTE if items do not show up at first, redownload the mods folder**

Absolutely love this build. Any idea as to why it glitches and freezes when playing in this build?
Heyy, I'm glad to hear you love the build. Some common issues are duplicates - remove duplicates if you have it, Lot size: the lot is big with a lot of cc, make sure that your system can handle the load, Outdated cc: I try update my cc folder, but I have a lot of cc in my game so I might not get to update all cc, you can try looking through the mod folder and updating the cc, and lastly, maybe try lowering your graphics, that might improve performance.

Hey Kay, sorry to hear. I would check for any duplicates and remove them. If that doesn't work, I would remove all the cc in the house from your mods folder. This is a very cc heavy house. I'm not sure why it works in some people's game, and it doesn't work in others. I have this build in my game, and it works fine for me. If you just made the family, they should be in your library, so you'll be able to still use them just move them into a new house.
I am in love with this build. however It slowed my game down so much. Where is the nursery stuff from?

Anybody else having trouble? I downloaded it and now it won't start my game because it says it has corrupt files. :(
Hi Tagan, sorry to hear that you are having issue with this build. I tested it out on my other computer and I'm not experiencing any issues. If you haven't already, I would remove the cc that came with this build completely out of your mods folder. I can try to generate some type of a cc list and attach it to this post.
