Mods and Tray info:
Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files. The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.
Some items might be missing but are easily replaced.
**NOTE if items do not show up at first, redownload the mods folder**

First off, I want to say that this build is absolutely gorgeous! However, I'm running into a bit of an issue. When I place this lot in the game, I can only access it in build mode, not live mode. Additionally, there's a green caution sign on the lot in the world map view. Strangely, when I remove the build from the lot, I can access it normally, and the caution sign disappears. It seems like there might be a problem with some custom content or build elements causing this issue I’m not entirely sure what the cause is, but I thought I should let you know.
Thank you for letting me know... My computer is currently in the shop for repairs, once I get it back, I will look into the problem and reupload this build.
