Welcome to your new home. This modern build is currently located in Del Sol Valley, but you can put it on any 40x30 lot or higher. Its three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room, and office were thoughtfully integrated into a fluid, open concept layout, making it both practical and inviting.
The living room, bathed in bright colors, seamlessly connected to the kitchen, where state-of-the-are appliances gleaned against minimalist cabinetry. Each bedroom was a sanctuary of tranquility, the main bedroom comes with a private en-suite bathroom that features elegant fixtures and serene color palettes. The laundry room, though utilitarian, was designed with an eye for efficiency, neatly tucked away but easily accessible.
Outside, is where the true magic unfolds. The backyard was a lush oasis, meticulously landscaped with vibrant flower beds and manicured greenery. In the back it has a curved pool, providing ample space for lounging and entertaining.
The home, with its seamless blend of modernity and tradition, stood as a testament to contemporary modern living--a place where design and nature coexisted in perfect harmony.

Mods and Tray info:
Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files. The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.
Some items might be missing but are easily replaced.
**NOTE if items do not show up at first, redownload the mods folder**

Just downloaded this and put it in correctly. However, it is taking FOREVER to load into this lot. Anyone else having issues?
Do you have any duplicates? Try removing them if you do and maybe try clearing your cache.
