IX Landgraab Apartment♡
♡Hi! Here is another apartment I renovated in Sims 4. This apartment was renovated for a single sim living their best life in the city. I was going for a bachelor pad kinda vibe. Hope you like it!

How to download:
Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files.
For Platforms & Walls- when uploading this apartment, I had to knock down the walls and lower the platforms- this is an easy fix. For the wall- simply draw the wall back (using the wall tool) and add the wallpaper. For the platform - each tile color represents different platform levels - dark brown - raise 1 level, medium brown - raise 2 levels, and light brown - raise 3 levels. Draw a wall (using the wall tool) between each tile color, click on the box and use the up arrow to raise the platform (hopefully this helps) I will be releasing a tutorial soon to help you out.

Mods and Tray info:
The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.

where do i put the stairs at for this apartment
The Stairs go in front of the piano, along side the window.
