18 Culpepper House♡

♡Hi! Here is another apartment I renovated in Sims 4. This apartment is perfect for a small family in the city.

Thank you for downloading and hopefully you'll enjoy it. Let me know if you have any problems. Any cc items behind a paywall will not be included. Links for these items will be listed below.

Build Info:

♡Lot type: Apartment

♡Recommended lots: San Myshuno specifically 18 Culpepper House

♡Packs: Base Game, City Living (just a few items from these packs)

♡Gameplay tested: Yes

♡Use bb.moveobjects before placing the build* VERY IMPORTANT! ♡

How to download:

Click on file and download. Before placing these files in your mods folder. Unzip the files.

For Platforms & Walls- when uploading this apartment, I had to knock down the walls and lower the platforms- this is an easy fix. For the wall- simply draw the wall back (using the wall tool) and add the wallpaper. For the platform - each tile color represents different platform levels - dark brown - raise 1 level, medium brown - raise 2 levels, and light brown - raise 3 levels. Draw a wall (using the wall tool) between each tile color, click on the box and use the up arrow to raise the platform (hopefully this helps) I will be releasing a tutorial soon to help you out.

You have two choices-

Choice 1:

The Mods folders go into your MODS folder and TRAY files go into your TRAY folder, drag and drop the tray files into your tray folder without the folder.

Choice 2:

**The renovated apartment is saved to my Gallery (Ulovebonnie) in the Sims 4, you can download the mods folder and then add the build from the gallery. When searching for the apartment be sure to select custom content.

**the different color flooring is where platforms s

Special shoutouts to all the amazing CC creators that were used in this build. I take no credit for their work!

Some items might be missing but are easily replaced.

Unsure how to download and place the apartment in your game?
